SDR Telemarketing Services: Upon successful registration and payment for a fixed-rate SDR block, your campaign moves into our onboarding queue. Because every single one of our SDRs is battle-tested and incubated for a minimum of two calendar months on the front lines of the Kelly Family Agency before graduating to service outside firms, live dialing typically commences within 5 to 7 business days following your kickoff strategy call.
Internet Lead Selling: Digital lead delivery pipelines are configured during onboarding. Verified lead flows are routed directly into your designated CRM or GoHighLevel environment instantly upon lead generation.
Call Branding & Spam Remediation: Consultation and carrier registry setups are initiated within 48 hours of asset collection. Final network propagation timelines depend on third-party mobile carriers.
2. Payment Terms, Subscriptions, and Billing
All service fees are structured transparently as fixed upfront hourly blocks or recurring monthly commitments to support our distributed remote workforce.
Payments are processed securely via our integrated merchant gateways.

3. Cancellation, Pause, and Revision Framework
Campaign Pauses: We understand that insurance operations shift. To pause or temporarily modify your active SDR telemarketing hours without losing your designated team placement, we require a written 14-day notice sent directly to our operations desk.
Subscription Cancellations: Recurring service agreements may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice 14 days prior to your next scheduled billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate allocation of dedicated staffing resources, specialized list scrubbing, and customized data-routing setups required to protect your outreach campaign, all sales are final.
Bind Bros does not issue refunds for dialed SDR hours or deployed lead assets. If a technical or operational delivery dispute arises, we pledge to work alongside your team with absolute honesty and teamwork to reallocate resources or provide account credits to ensure you receive smart value for your investment.
